i have mount 4 wind turbines on 1 tower to save some money,they look good,the tower is 12 metre high,i have to make ladder so i can go to the top of the wind turbine,when i dont need ladder i simply let down ladder,in the middle is 2 amer dc motors,each one is 24v,and down is my wind turbine generator with 3 stators.

turbine’s are periodically shut down for heat and when power isn’t required. most turbine’s are privately funded or put up by power companies. so what tax dollars are you talking about ?
