turbine’s are periodically shut down for heat and when power isn’t required. most turbine’s are privately funded or put up by power companies. so what tax dollars are you talking about ? It bothers me when people talk without having proof or knowledge of what they are really talking about. thanks for showing how little people really know about how? things work. by the way, I build turbines for a living.

obviously you have no clue what your talking about. yes there are scamers, and there are guys that do the real work and figure it out. keep paying your electric bill, that way the electric company wont mind me putting? power back to the grid for you to pay for.

Are those 1/2 PVC pipes? Or, are they 1/3 ? Someone mentioned that cutting PVC pipe into “thirds” offers less drag (resistance), than just cutting them? in half.
